Shipping Information
Shipping Department Phone: 985-893-1488 or 1-866-425-8060 during the hours of 9 am til 4 pm Monday through Friday. All shipping inquires must be directed to this number.
Our Shipping Department operates from January 5 thru March 4.
Bakery Production will be closed February 16th - February 24th as well as our storefront.
Shipping inquiries will be handled Thursday, February 18th & Friday, February 19th from 10 am til 2 pm
All prices include shipping –We ship UPS Next Day Air Saver. You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. For Residential delivery an additional $2.30 per cake will be charged.
For Saturday delivery, Monday delivery or UPS extended delivery areas, additional charges will apply. UPS Next Day Air Saver is not available to all areas and may require an upgrade of service and an additional charge of $7.00. By placing this order, you consent that additional charge of $7.00 may be charged if this is an extended delivery area.

We do not ship to APO/FPO or post office boxes. International Shipping is available, please call the shipping department.

REFUND POLICY: If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided by the customer, Nonna Randazzo’s Italian Bakery/IGotTheBaby.com does not reship or refund this product. If an error is made by Nonna Randazzo’s or its shipping provider which results in a damaged or undelivered product, Nonna’s will refund or reship your product at the next available shipping date.
The following information is required to place a shipping order: NAME, STREET ADDRESS (NO PO Boxes), SUITE# or APT# (where applicable), CITY, STATE, ZIP, and AREA CODE AND TELEPHONE NUMBER. Any missing information will constitute an incomplete address and Nonna’s is unable to refund or reship product.
